Action

1. New Chapter President Due to other conflicts, Hyde Frederickson resigned from his position as Chapter President. Darrel Yamane, who was serving as President-Elect, will assume the duties of Chapter President. A new President-Elect will not be appointed but will be elected during the next election. The Board will assume the duties of the President-Elect.  
2. Receipts for the Fall Meeting Receipts will be sent to those individuals attending the Fall Meeting and who required receipts. JoD will mail those individuals needing receipts.
3. Christmas Breakfast Meeting The Board will meet at the Grand America for a Board Retreat and Christmas Breakfast on 13 Jan 2001. Meet at 8:00am. Darrel will make reservations at the Grand America restaurant.
4. Chapter Power Breakfast The next Power Breakfast will be held on 16 January 2002. Dr. Karen Carroll will speak on Bioterrorism. Darrel will try to reserve one of the educational conference rooms at LDS Hospital.
5. CLMA Spring Meeting The Spring Meeting will be tentatively held on 26 April 2002. Darrel will check on availability of The Canyons Resort. Be thinking of possible items to be presented at the Spring Meeting.
6. Chapter Newsletter Another edition of the Chapter Newsletter should be sent out. Various articles were discussed. Articles should be submitted to Pail Lewis by 03 Nov 2001. Paul Lewis will try to get the Newsletter out in the mail by mid-November. Paul Lewis will check on the price of printing by the ARUP Copy Center.
7. Board Assignments The various Board assignments were appointed as follows:
