| 1. Chapter of the Year | It was decided to not apply for Chapter of the Year. This issue will be revisited for the year 2003. | |
| 2. CLMA Foundation Silent Auction Gift | It was decided to again donate another basket for the CLMA Silent Auction. Darrel will find out when the silent auction gift is needed. Annie Tesori will head up the group seeking donated items for the basket. | The board will meet to discuss the theme of the basket, items to be included and the amount of money the chapter is willing to spend on the donation. |
| 3. CLMA Spring Meeting | The Spring Meeting will be tentatively held on 26 April 2002. The availability of the Deer Valley or the Huntsman Cancer Institute will be checked. | Be thinking about topics for sessions at the Spring Meeting and possible speakers. Bring these to the next Board Meeting. |
| 4. Elections and Balloting | President-Elect, Secretary, and two Board Members will need to be elected prior to the next Spring Meeting. Voting will again be done on-line. Ballots will also be sent in March with voting to be completed by the first part of April. | Please bring names of possible candidates to the next meeting. |
| 5. Financial Report | JoD gave the financial report. Total income for 2001 was $11,809.46. The total for expenditures for 2001 was $12,117.32. The chapter financial balance as of 15 Jan 2002 was $13,187.35. | |
| 6. Chapter By-laws | Paul Keoppel mentioned that the yearly review of Chapter By-laws is due. | |
| 7. Chapter Newsletter | The next edition of the chapter newsletter will go out the first part of March. | |
| 9. Supervisor and New Manager Training Academy | Paul Keoppel passed out an evaluation summary of the CLMA Supervisor Training Academy. |
