| 1. Spring Meeting | The Spring Meeting will be held 26 Apr 2002 at the Colonial House in the LDS Hospital Campus. Dr. Owen Ash will speak on Time Management. Ginny Borncamp will also speak. She was the SLOC Medical Liason. Registration will be early April. Cost will be $50.00 for members and $75.00 for non-members. | |
| 2. Elections | Positions that are up for election are President-Elect, Secretary and two Board Members. | Turn in names and bios to Paul K. by 13 March. Paul hopes to have voting ready by 18 March. This will give members approximately 3 weeks to vote. Electronic balloting will again be done this year. |
| 3. Newsletter | The newsletter is almost complete. Paul Lewis hopes to have this newsletter go out to members by mid-March. | Please e-mail the remaining articles to Paul Lewis. |
| 4. Bylaws | Please review the bylaws and e-mail any changes to Paul Keoppel. | The bylaws will be presented at the Spring Meeting for general membership approval. |
| 5. CLMA Foundation Silent Auction Donation | Rayma Markland was able to collect a Indian Sand Painting and a hand painted piece of Navajo pottery. Both these items were donated. Annie Tesori brought a coffee table book of photography that highlights the Southwestern Indian tribes. | One item remains to be received – Indian turquoise. Annie Tesori will fax the paperwork for the Silent Auction donation to the CLMA Foundation. The donation needs to be received no later than 01 May 2002. |
| 6. Next Board Meeting | The next Board Meeting will be determined. It will be sometime after the Spring Meeting. |
